Olympic Torch in Salmon Arm, BC
The people of Salmon Arm, BC received a taste of the Olympics when local torchbearer Roy Sakaki ran the torch to City Hall. A large excited crowd of all ages witnessed the event. The Shuswap residents have a vested interest in this Olympic event as hockey star Shea Webber, from Sicamous, will be playing for Team Canada. Go-Canada-Go!
